Philosophy

1. Biodiversity 多元

Biodiversity boosts ecosystem productivity where each species, no matter how small, all have an important role to play. Controlling or suppressing one element of wildlife/plant, even if it is a pest/weed, will have unpredictable impacts on the rest of the food chain. Organic production systems are designed to respect the balance observed in our natural ecosystems. Healthy ecosystems can better withstand and recover from a variety of disasters and it provides a number of natural services for everyone such as protection of water resources, soils formation and protection, pollution breakdown and absorption, climate stability, food, medicinal resources and pharmaceutical drugs, social benefits such as recreation and tourism and so on.

2. Sustainable 永续

Many changes observed in the environment are long term, occurring slowly over time, as what we can seen now the ecological and social price has been steep: erosion; depleted and contaminated soil and water resources; loss of biodiversity; deforestation; labor abuses; and the decline of the family farm.  Sustainable agriculture is a way of raising food that satisfied human needs and healthy, does not harm the environment, make the most efficient use of non-renewable resources and farm resources, respects animals, humane for workers, sustain the economic viability of farm operations, enhance the quality of life for farmers and society as a whole.
