Lots of ripe banana, although eating it everyday, still left a lots. 用不完就剝皮，然後放進冰格冰鎮保存，隨時候用。剝了一整個洗手盆的蕉皮。Take away the skin and then put it in freezerso it can last longer, can be use anytime.
梅式冰品 — 從冰格取出冰鎮香蕉後，直接放入攪拌機，加些牛奶/豆漿攪拌，就是一道超好吃的飯後冰品。My own style dedssert, take the banana from freezer, put in into blender and ass in milk/soya, then come out a delicious dessert.
其他我想到可以做的香蕉製品 — 冰刨、香蕉蛋糕、香蕉麵包、香蕉面膜等等。前幾天甚至想做香蕉肥皂，但因為怕氧化及惹老鼠螞蟻等問題，所以沒做成。各種香蕉製品的做法有機會我再跟大家分享。
Others possible banan products — banana cake, banana bread, banana mask etc. I even thinking of want to do the banana soap, but because worried of oxidized and insect problem, i didnt make it.
